Valley View is involved in mission work
throughout the world. We support two missionaries in Panama,
as well as other international mission work.
Missionaries - Valley View supports David and Cynthia

community-based healthcare program that ministers to those
most in need.
- For many years Valley View UMC supported missionaries
Bill and Jerri Savuto in their work at Maua Methodist Hospital
in Maua, Kenya, Africa. Although Bill and Jerri have retired,
Valley View continues to support several projects at Maua.

International Project - Today, thanks to the Heifer
project, millions of people who were once hungry are being
nourished through a program that gives families cows, pigs,
goats, chickens, or other sustainable sources of food and
income to grow and feed themselves. Also, through the "Passing
on the Gifts" program the recipients share the offspring
of their animal with others in need which makes them partners
in the fight to end hunger. Valley View collects funds weekly
for the Heifer project.
